Welcome to this beautiful, new construction, home away from home. Your group and you will want for nothing when you stay at this townhouse conveniently located in the resort. On-site, you'll have access to pools, golf and golf cart rentals, and so much more. Spend all day at the beach playing on the waves by parasailing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, and all other sorts of waterfront activities. Drive into town and discover fantastic local eateries, shopping, arts, entertainment, historical landmarks, and family-friendly attractions.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
Inside you'll find a bright interior flooded with natural light as well as modern and industrial decor. A large TV is the focal point of the comfortable and inviting living room. French doors take you out on the private balcony to feel the sea breeze while you sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The open and airy concept of the townhouse allows the living area and kitchen to be adjacent to each other, so you'll be able to converse from anywhere. Hobby chefs will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances. The main bedroom boasts a TV, ample closet space, an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, and private deck access. Kids will love bunking down in the bunk beds, creating memories that will last a lifetime. A sofa bed in the living room provides an additional sleeping space.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Summary: Loved the location of this home! It was the perfect size for our family of 4. If you’re traveling with small children - just keep in mind that it doesn’t have bathtubs which makes it hard to bathe toddlers after a day at the beach! Lol! Other than that - we loved this home! It was very clean and we loved sitting on the balcony after dinner. :)

Summary: We love the amenities at Palmilla so it keeps us coming back. This was a nice place. The bunk beds in room 2 was perfect for my daughter and her two friends. There is a washing machine and two patios. Not a huge fan of one of the doors leading straight to the kids room, but Palmilla is a pretty safe community. Both bedrooms are downstairs and very close. Each room has their own full bathroom (showers no baths). The kitchen a cozy living room are upstairs. There is a patio upstairs too. The outdoor furniture needs a little refresh. The salty air is rusting the furniture and the cushions could use a good wash. Overall, it was perfect for our get away. Like most places in Palmilla you will need to rent a golf cart to get to the beach. Otherwise it is quite a hike.

Summary: The property is beautiful and clean. There's no shades on the windows upstairs and the shower is 2 1/2" x 2 1/2"feet. Putting in a handheld shower head would greatly help short people as I had to stand against the wall to get wet.Also, maybe add 2 more kitchen towels.Would stay here again.

Summary: We had a group of 8 families in different homes on the resort. The homes were nice and resort was great. We really did like our house a lot, but the cleaning was not good. One family had broken dishes in the cabinet, and ant infestation in the BED and kitchen, filthy furniture. Ours was a bit better, but floors weren't cleaned, food and crumbs every where. The place had a cigarette odor. I have rented from Vacasa before and always been happy. Hoping this is just a fluke. I hate to complain, but we spent a lot of money. I also know the mosquito issue is not anyone's fault, but when the infestation is that bad I think spraying the resort like they do in Mexico should be done. It literally ruined many peoples vacation. Every person walking down the side walks looked like they were running from a swarm off bees. It was the talk of the entire resort.
